This is not a “party” house. No events. No parties
Maximum occupancy 8 registered adults (no day guests or visitors). With pre-approval service providers such as a Chef or Masseuse are allowed
Maximum 3 vehicles
No outdoor music ever. No excessive noise. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am
No pets or animals
No fire hazards. Smoking, candles, and use of fireplaces are prohibited indoors and outdoors
Property to be respected, left clean, and in the same general condition as existed at check-in
Exclusions
Pool heating
Extreme heating or cooling (temperatures are set for comfort and energy efficiency)
Use of indoor and outdoor fireplaces
Safety fence and covers around pool and hot tub
Use of any sound system outdoors (Sonoma strictly prohibits outdoor music)
